The MIT300 series of insulation and continuity testers has been developed to meet the needs of today's electricians. They are not only durable and user-friendly, but also feature a comprehensive range of functions that ensure user safety, even in the event of inadvertent misuse.
The MIT310, MIT320, and MIT330 testers use both digital and analogue displays that simultaneously show test results numerically, and in the form of a moving-arc bar graph that accurately simulates the operation of an analogue meter. However, if you prefer a true analogue device, Megger offers the MIT310A with similar features to the MIT310, but with a conventional moving-arc meter movement instead of the digital display.
All products in the MIT300 series offer automatic circuit discharge after testing, an audible and visual warning if the test probes are connected to a live circuit, and a test lockout that automatically activates in the event of a live circuit. The devices are also fully compliant with IEC 61010-1 for use in category III 600 V applications, and provide all the features needed to meet the requirements for insulation testing according to the current edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations.
