LHM Instrumentation provides custom-designed test and calibration benches, these workstations include both furniture and calibration equipment.

Efficiency increases and costs decrease when the required task can be performed in an ideal working environment. Every workshop will directly benefit from this workplace.

Our modular concept is designed with flexibility and expansion in mind. We offer complete systems from simple workbenches to complex applications with automatic calibrations using calibration management software (compliant with ISO 9000).

Our systems are typically used to test and calibrate pressure, temperature and electrical process instruments such as transmitters, switches, meters, signal converters and temperature sensors.

In addition, all instruments can be supplied with calibration certificates and maintained in our BELAC accredited calibration lab

LHM Instrumentation also offers a comprehensive service for commissioning and training of personnel who will use the system.

The system consists of furniture made of high-quality chipboard with a melamine resin coating that is scratch- and heat-resistant and unaffected by most liquids found in a workplace. Conductive (ESD) versions are also available.

Work tables
A very wide range of high-quality, robust, industrial-quality tables is available with table tops up to 30 mm thick and a frame all around with crossbar, made of rectangular steel tubing. Choice in design and functionality with fixed or, (electrically) adjustable, height.		 furniture2

Bench tops and racks
The benchtop units are designed for optimum flexibility.
All types of panel-mount equipment, 19″ or any other size rack, can be integrated. Blind plates can cover unused slots. Units can be placed directly on the workbench or on a raised support above the workbench.		 furniture3

Drawers and cupboards
LHM systems can be supplied with a wide variety of drawers and cabinets for storing documents, tools, accessories, etc. They can be under-mounted, floor-mounted or wheeled. Various inserts are available to meet your specific requirements.		 furniture4

Integrated facilities
All systems are plug and play. Just connect the utilities and your system is operational. For your convenience, the benchtop units are equipped with a panel for connecting low , high pressure and vacuum supplies, as well as electrical power, RS232 , IEEE488 and USB connections.		 furniture6
Calibrators/indicators/controllers
We can integrate almost any pressure calibrator into our systems. Besides LHM's own range of instruments, all renowned brands can also be integrated. Depending on your requirements and application, we will choose the best possible solution.		 print1
Control panels for low and high pressure
These panels are widely used in industry for general applications where regulated test pressures are required. One or more ranges can be combined in one panel, where the output pressure can be monitored on analogue gauges.		 print2

Pressure generation
A wide range of hand pumps, pneumatic, hydraulic or combined and comparative test pumps are available for simple pressure generation.
Pressure can be achieved within the range of -1 to 3000 barg
For higher working pressures, we can supply a compressor system or air-driven booster systems.
If absolute pressure or vacuum is required, LHM can supply you with a wide range of silent vacuum pumps, including frames for mounting under the table top.

Process signal indicators and calibrators
A variety of panel-mounted instruments, from digital multimeters to advanced multifunction calibrators can be offered. These instruments can measure or simulate a wide range of electrical process signals. The most common signals are RTDs, thermocouples and resistance, as well as measuring and reading milliamps, milivolts, volts and frequency. Again, all major brands can be integrated to fully meet your requirements.

Mains and socket modules
Power supply modules are used for power supply, fuse protection and switching the bench top units on and off. Socket modules are available in various configurations with SCHUKO, CEE, BS, USA and other sockets.

Variable AC& DC power supplies
Adjustable AC power supplies are available in different ranges with analogue or digital volt and current meters, floating or non-floating output, 1-phase or 3-phase and special motor test versions. AC/DC power supplies offer a continuously adjustable AC supply from zero volts and can be switched to DC. A variable/ratio transformer with dial is used to set the voltage. The DC power supply has a ripple of 48%. The DC power supplies are available in various versions, fixed, adjustable, single, dual and triple output. Voltage and current are displayed on two digital indicators. The outputs are via lab connectors.

Other electrical modules
Solder-desolder modules, panel-mounted, individually or combined, with integrated vacuum pump and digital display, adjustable within the range 150 - 400 degrees C. Oscilloscopes, frequency counters and generators, decade boxes, digital multimeters, continuity testers, timers and all types of electrical modules commonly used in the workshop can be integrated into the system.

Dry block calibrators
Various models for temperatures from -45°C below zero to 1200°C available as a stable source or as a complete calibration system These innovative calibrators combine a highly stable temperature source with accurate measurement of temperature probe signals, creating a true standalone temperature calibrator suitable for laboratory, workshop and portable use.

Temperature baths
For testing and calibrating large probes and or large quantities at a time, temperature baths can provide a good and stable solution. Several ranges are available, which can be integrated into the worktable or as standalone.

Temperature indicators
Highly accurate reference standards are available for the calibration of your process instrumentation. Accuracies down to 0.02 degrees C and ranges from -200 to 1300 degrees C are possible.

To complete the temperature measurement and calibration part, we can offer a wide range of probes in different quality, accuracy and ranges.
