FLUKE 1630-2 Current clamp Earth tester

Producer: Fluke

Test equipment earthing components in hard-to-reach places, such as inside buildings or in fully paved areas where you cannot place an auxiliary earthing pin in the ground. Stay online: determine ground loop resistance without disconnecting and reconnecting the grounding electrode to the system.

The Fluke 1630-2 FC grounding clamp without electrode has the high quality and ruggedness you expect from Fluke. The heavy-duty clamping jaws stay aligned and calibrated, even in daily use in industrial environments.

Electrodeless measurement

The 1630-2 FC clamp measures earthing loop resistance for systems with multiple earthing, using the double clamp jaw. This testing technique eliminates the dangerous and time-consuming disconnection of parallel earthing pins and the search for suitable locations to place auxiliary earthing pins. You can also carry out earthing tests in places that were previously difficult to access: in buildings, on high-voltage pylons, or anywhere you do not have access to auxiliary earthing pins.

Category:

AC ground fault current measurement

Identify AC leakage currents without disconnecting the earthing pin from the earthing system, ideal for system fault finding.

Robust

The power plier's heavy-duty jaw remains aligned and calibrated, even during daily use in industrial environments.

Recording measurements

The current clamp earth tester saves time by automatically recording data at preset intervals and stores up to 32,760 readings in memory at the set recording interval. Saves time by recording and storing measured values.

Alarm threshold

User-definable high/low alarm limits, for quick evaluation of measured values.

Tyre-pass filter

Selectable band-pass filter function that eliminates unwanted noise from AC leakage current measurement.
