Dual-Range Accuracy up to 0.01% FS
The ADT762W has the unique ability to automatically switch between different internal calibrations depending on the current control pressure of the ADT762W. Additel provides calibrations unique to each ADT762W for ranges of 0-3,000 PSI (200 bar) and 0-10,000 PSI (700 bar). When pressurised, the calibrator automatically selects the control and measurement specification based on the specific pressure range The pressure calibration range selection can be set to “auto” so that the calibration range is automatically selected by the ADT762W based on the set pressure, or the calibration range can be selected manually.
Built-in Auto-Purge Function
Purging hydraulic calibration systems can be cumbersome and time-consuming. The ADT762W is designed with an integrated automatic purge system that saves time, money and frustration by fully automating the removal of air from the system. At the touch of a button, the ADT762W quickly manages the flushing of the system. This frees up technicians' time for other things.
Dual-Port Manifold with automatic fluid Ex
In hydraulic systems, we know that oil is a better lubricant and extends the life of seals and components than water. But we know that for some applications, using oil is not an option. The Additel ADT762W Automatic Pressure Calibrator is designed to be used with deionised water only. The ADT762W has a built-in fluid management system to reduce stagnant water in the system, facilitating future maintenance. The ADT762W should be used with the supplied manifold that has a communication link directly to the unit. This configuration is designed to drain residual water from the unit to the manifold after each vent. This feature ensures the longest unit life and lower maintenance costs.
Documented Task Feature
The powerful documented calibration task application allows users to quickly create and execute tasks without the need for a PC or tablet. The ADT762W automatically analyses errors, generates test reports and stores results locally. The Additel ADT762W Automatic Pressure Calibrator can support up to 1,000 documented tasks that can be saved and recalled at any time to save time and money.
Dual-Mode Hart Communication
HART pressure transmitters can be directly maintained and calibrated without any other equipment or tools. The ADT762W offers both an automatic HART calibration mode and a manual mode. This two-mode HART communication function not only provides an efficient and convenient interoperability mode for the DUT, but also supports access to a fully HART-compatible calibrator.
