ADT 286 Multifunction Reference Thermometer Readout
If you are looking for a precision reference thermometer for your laboratory, look no further than the Additel 286. The basic unit comes with two precision readout channels that allow you to measure your SPRT. Need to calibrate RTDs, PRTs, thermistors or thermocouples? Add a scanner module and you can measure 10 RTDs, PRTs or thermistors and 20 thermocouples. Expand up to 82 channels with our unique and easy-to-use scanner modules. Each 20-channel module is equipped with our patented universal connection terminals with unmatched cold junction capability. Use the module on top of the ADT286, or connect it remotely with cables for almost any unique setup/configuration. Additel also has a process module specifically designed to measure process instruments such as transmitters and switches. This scanner also provides loop power for the transmitters.
Designed to make your work easier, the ADT286 has a large sensor library with support for 15 TC types, both standard and special limits, 18 different thermal resistors, CVD, ITS-90 and a wide variety of standard curves for RTDs and thermistors. Automatic temperature control and probe calibration
The Additel 286 Multifunction Reference Thermometer Readout has pre-installed drivers to control Additel and other manufacturers' calibration baths and ovens. Simply connect to one or more calibration baths and oven via a communication cable, Ethernet or wirelessly and now the desired temperature and stability are automatically set. If your heat source is not listed, you can easily add the driver yourself so that you can perform automated calibrations with any heat source.
Now combine the calibration baths and ovens with our probe calibration app and you have a very powerful automatic calibration solution. The probe calibration app lets you automatically set up and run calibration routines with multiple set points and multiple heat sources, collect data and develop calibration coefficients - all with one device and no software! Simply place a set of sensors of any type in your heat source, connect them to the ADT286, run the probe calibration app and come back with a completed test. All you have to do is generate and export all the calibration data. You don't have to deal with complicated software for communication, setting or coefficient generation. There is no need for a calibration technician to manually monitor the process and record the data. This multifunctional reference thermometer readout does all the work for you.
