A portable automatic pressure calibrator in the palm of your hand - this could be our most exciting product yet! The Additel 760 Series Handheld Automatic Pressure Calibrator takes portable pressure calibration to a new level. Weighing less than 1.8 kg, the ADT760's innovative design includes a built-in pump, precision pressure sensor, internal controller and large colour touch-screen display. To generate pressure, simply key in the desired pressure and the Additel 760 Handheld Automatic Pressure Calibrator does the rest. Each unit has four channels: an internal pressure channel for source and measurement pressures, two external pressure measurement channels and an electronic measurement and source channel. This series of calibrators has three standard models with the option to HART communication, documentation and data logging to be added.
- ADT760-MA Gauge and ABS pressure: Generates and controls pressure from vacuum to 20 barg with an accuracy 0.02%FS. The built-in barometric reference allows each unit to switch between gauge and absolute pressure. There is an extended range of internal sensors available with lower pressure ranges for extended performance.
- ADT760-LLP Low pressure: Designed for low-pressure calibrations and supplied with a built-in pressure module up to ±75 mbar with an accuracy of up to 0.05%FS. If you require an even lower range, this is possible via optional internal pressure modules (ADT155 series), which are available for the 760-LLP up to a range of ±0.62 mbar. The accuracy of 0.05%FS and control stability of 0.005%FS is based on the span of the internal pressure module. Measurements can be performed in gauge or differential mode.
- ADT760-D Differential pressure: Generates differential and gauge pressure, but in a higher pressure range than the ADT760-LLP. With its measuring range of -0.86 to 2.5 bar and an accuracy of 0.02%FS, the ADT760-D is an ideal solution for calibrating most common gauge and differential pressure measurements. The Additel 760-D comes with an internal pressure module that covers its full range, but lower range pressure modules are available up to ±10 inH2O differential for improving accuracy at lower pressures.
