LHM Instrumentation has per 7 April 2026 Prometeq acquired. With this strategic acquisition, LHM strengthens its position as a specialist in measurement instrumentation, calibration services and industrial measurement solutions.
The acquisition fits with LHM Instrumentation's growth strategy to better support customers with a broader offering, in-depth technical expertise, and a strong service organisation.
Expanding expertise in measuring instruments and calibration
Prometeq has built a strong reputation since 1981 in the sales and support of High-quality measuring and testing equipment. Thanks to this integration, LHM Instrumentation is further expanding its portfolio within, among others:
- Measurement instruments for industrial applications

- Power quality analysis and electrical measurements
