About LHM Instrumentation

LHM Instrumentation is a BELAC-accredited (ISO/IEC 17025) calibration laboratory. Every year, we carry out thousands of calibrations, both in our own laboratory and on-site at clients’ premises across a wide range of sectors.

What are you going to achieve here?

Inside 6 months:

  • Calibrate your self-contained temperature and relative humidity measuring instruments in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Document your measurements correctly and ensure clear, error-free calibration certificates.
  • Do you work smoothly with colleagues and can you clearly explain what the results mean.

Inside 12 months:

  • Do you become a reliable reference for colleagues within your domain.
  • Gradually expand your expertise into Print, electric or torque, depending on your interests and pace.
  • Take ownership of your planning and files, with scope for autonomy and optimisation.

What does your work look like in practice?

Your work is technical, precise and varied:

  • You check and inspect measuring instruments before calibration.
  • You perform calibrations by comparing instruments to reference standards of known accuracy.
  • You analyse deviations and make adjustments as necessary within the applicable standards.
  • You accurately process your results in calibration certificates.

What characterises someone who is successful here?

You don't have to be able to do everything. What's most important is:

  • You work accurate and quality-conscious – errors have an impact in this context.
  • You can working independently and takes responsibility for your file.
  • You have a Technical understanding She likes to learn.
  • You are comfortable with computers and software.
  • Experience or knowledge of measurement and control technology, electronics, or electricity is a plus, not an absolute requirement.
