Design
The highly configurable pressure regulator model CPC6050 modular pressure regulator offers maximum flexibility to best meet customer requirements. The pressure regulator can have up to two independent pressure control channels that can operate simultaneously. Each channel can contain up to two sensors. The instrument can be equipped with an optional barometric reference for absolute and relative pressure. This instrument can be specified as a desktop model or as a 19-inch rack mount kit.
Application
The pressure regulator offers many applications within calibration laboratories and manufacturing environments due to its pressure range of -1 ... 210 bar (-15 ... 3,045 psi) and accuracy to 0.01% IS-50. Its ability to control pressures as low as 25 mbar (10“ of H20) with high stability makes it the ideal calibration and verification solution for the healthcare and aerospace industries. Simultaneous calibration channels, along with interchangeable plug-and-play pressure sensors and an intuitive operation GUI makes the CPC6050 pressure regulator an easy-to-use and maintain instrument.
Functionality
The touchscreen, together with an intuitive user interface, ensure maximum ease of use. The large number of menu languages aids operation. Setting a specific pressure set point can be entered via a touchscreen or, via an external interface, the pressure can be changed in defined, programmable step sizes using the STEP keys. Moreover, the user can also easily create extended test programmes using the instrument menu. Depending on the application, the speed can be of preset precision, high speed or a user-defined variable speed.
Software
The WIKA-CAL calibration software allows easy calibration of pressure measuring instruments and generation of test certificates. Moreover, the pressure controller can also be controlled remotely using the serial command formats, Mensor standard, SCPI or other optional command sets are available.
