WIKA CPC4000 Industrial Pressure Controller

The industrial pressure regulator model CPC4000 features a wide pressure range of -1 ... 210 bar (-15 ... 3,045 psi). This instrument is available as a desktop or 19″ slide-in unit. It can be equipped with up to two reference pressure sensors and an optional barometer to display barometric pressure or used to emulate manometer or absolute pressure.

As the controller offers accuracy down to 0.02 % IS-50 and regulates pressure with high stability, it is especially suitable as a production tool for making transmittters, as a calibration and maintenance tool for pressure measuring instruments or as a factory/work standard for the calibration of various types of pressure measuring instruments.

The leak and burst test applications allow the CPC4000 to be used as pressure line testing equipment. The optional automatic contamination prevention system makes the CPC4000 the optimal solution in oil and gas installations.

Maximum ease of use is obtained through the touch screen and simple and intuitive menu navigation. Also, the large number of menu languages contributes to its usability. The instrument can have up to two internal pressure sensors and the ranges for each reference pressure sensor are determined by the customer within the permissible range.

Depending on the applications, the operator can choose from three input methods for setting values:

Direct input of the pressure value (set point) controlled via the touchscreen keypad.
Define steps to achieve the desired pressure value by defining fixed pressure increments or a percentage of the measuring range value.
User-defined programmable test sequences.
