Category:

The reliable, reproducible, accurate method of checking bearings and machine condition

Make ‘go/no-go’ decisions with confidence. The Fluke 805 FC vibration meter is the most reliable vibration screening tool for front-line mechanical service teams who want to determine the severity of general vibration using reproducible readings and provide a reliable indication of overall vibration, bearing condition and machine condition.

Manage and monitor workflow for better maintenance results

With the Fluke Connect mobile app, it is now easier than ever to manage your vibration survey workflow. Integrated machine profile functionality allows you to set up machine profiles using the app and then send them directly to your 805 FC vibration meter. Users can then use the list of machine profiles to create work orders and develop route-based maintenance schedules that can be dynamically sent to on-site technicians, ensuring proper focus on critical equipment. Once a machine has been tested, the 805 FC transmits the results directly to the app and links them to the right profile and route. This data can be easily shared between teams, allowing you to make better maintenance decisions.

Other useful features:

  • Reliable, reproducible and accurate instrument for checking bearings and general vibration resistance
  • With an innovative sensor design that minimises measurement differences due to instrument angle and contact pressure
  • Guarantees constant data quality at both low and high frequencies
  • A four-level scale allows the severity of problems and the condition of bearings to be determined
  • Allows you to export data via USB or wirelessly, via the Fluke Connect® mobile app
  • Compatible with the Fluke Connect® Mobile app that can send readings to your smartphone for real-time sharing
  • Enables quick approval of next steps when machine condition is compromised via the Fluke Connect™ mobile app*
