Automatic pressure generation and control up to 300 psi (20 bar, 2MPa) Enter a pressure and the 729 will automatically pump until the desired pressure is reached. Enter a test template and the 729 will automatically pump and document a multi-point pressure calibration test.

Easy documentation of calibration using defined templates for transmitters and switches. Type in the starting and ending pressures and the number of measurement points. The 729 does the rest by documenting the applied pressure, measured mA values and % error for each measuring point. The bright colour graphic display warns in red of test results that are out of tolerance.

Automatic internal pressure fine-tuning helps compensate for small leaks in hoses and test set-ups. There is then no need to turn a fine adjuster to compensate for leaks, eliminating manual pumping and manual fine adjustment of test set-ups.

HART communication enables adjustment of the mA output signal, applied values and pressure zero of HART pressure transmitters. You can perform light configuration tasks such as changing a transmitter tag, measurement units and range setting. Other supported HART tasks include setting fixed mA output signals for troubleshooting, reading equipment configuration and variables, and reading equipment diagnostic data.

Measure mA signals on transmitter outputs, generate and simulate mA signals for testing I/Ps and other mA loop devices. andIncludes a 24V loop power supply for testing and powering transmitters during individual tests while the transmitters are disconnected from the control system.

The robust portable design
Thoroughly tested and guaranteed to withstand a 1-metre drop, the 729 is suitable for on-site instrument calibration. With a choice of three ranges, namely 30 psi (2 bar, 200 kPa), 150 psi (10 bar, 1 MPa) and 300 psi (20 bar, 2 MPa), the Fluke 729 automatic pressure calibrators are designed to perform when and where you need them. Temperature measurements with optional 720RTD probe for performing transfer calibrations. A standard, semi-rigid carrying case specifically designed for on-site work, to store test hoses, fittings, test leads and small hand tools making it easy to carry everything needed for on-site pressure calibrations.

Fluke Connect® compatibility lets a user perform remote monitoring tasks using the Fluke Connect mobile app, as well as manage and store pressure measurements and log events. Share measurements using ShareLive™ video calls and emails.

Portable automatic pressure calibrator simplifies pressure calibration

The Fluke 729 automatic pressure calibrator was designed specifically with process engineers in mind. This pressure calibrator simplifies the pressure calibration process and provides faster, more accurate test results. Technicians know that calibrating pressure can be a time-consuming task, but the 729 makes it easier than ever: with an electric pump that automatically builds and regulates pressure in one easy-to-use, rugged, portable package.

The 729 is the ideal portable pressure calibrator, on which you simply type in a desired pressure value after which the calibrator automatically pumps until the desired set point is reached. Then the internal fine adjustment automatically stabilises the pressure to the requested value.

The Fluke 729 can also automatically test multiple pressure measurement points and automatically document the results. Calibration is as simple as typing in the initial and final pressure, number of measurement points and tolerance level. The 729 does the rest.

Built-in HART communication capabilities allow adjustment of mA settings of HART transmitters, light HART configurations, and tuning to applied 0% and 100% values.
