FLUKE 355/353 TRMS 2000A Current clamps

Producer: Fluke

Versatile and robust instruments for high-current applications

Make reliable measurements with complete confidence with the Fluke 355 and 353 true-rms digital current clamps, the instruments of choice for current clamp measurements of high current levels up to 2000 A. The extra-wide jaws are easy to apply around large conductors, such as those commonly found in installations with high current levels. The particularly robust design of these instruments and their approval according to safety specifications CAT IV 600 V and CAT III 1000 V provide extra protection when measuring high current levels.

Accurate peak measurements can be made with the inrush current function - ideal for electric motors and inductive loads. The 355 also measures voltage and resistance, making it the ideal current clamp for utilities, electrical installers and industrial maintenance engineers.

Fluke 355 and 353 True-rms 2000 A current clamps

  • Reliably perform many measurement applications with high current values with 2000 A AC + DC true-rms, 1400 A AC, and 2000 A DC
  • The large 58 mm (2.3 in) jaw width is suitable for large or multiple conductors
  • Safety specification according to CAT IV 600 V, CAT III 1000 V for additional user protection
  • Inrush current measurement records inrush currents with high accuracy and reproducibility
  • High-voltage measurements of 1000 V AC + DC true-rms, 600 V AC and 1000 V DC allow the user to perform multiple tests with only one instrument (only for the 355)
  • A resistance to 400 kOhm combined with a call-through test function offers the convenience of a multimeter in a current clamp. (only for the 355)
  • Accurately measures frequencies up to 1 kHz for optimal troubleshooting
  • Quickly analyse measured values with MIN, MAX and AVG functions
  • A large backlit display ensures good readability even in poor lighting conditions
  • Use the display hold function to record measured values even when it is not possible to look directly at the display.
  • Use the low-pass filter to smooth out loads with high noise and stabilise readings
