The DO5000 microhmmeter is a highly remarkable instrument and ideally suited for laboratory examination of samples, for production line testing, and with the addition of interfaces RS232 / IEEE-488 or the PLC the DO5000 can be remotely controlled and integrated into an automated test system. For those applications where speed is important the DO5000 has a fast measurement mode that measures at 50 measurements per second.
