The Additel adt793 pressure controller 100bar combines the latest control and measurement technology, a modular design and user- and maintenance-friendly features in one easy-to-use device. The Additel 793 offers pressure control up to 15,000 psi (1,000 bar). The Additel ADT793 pressure controller 1000bar accepts a barometric pressure module as well as a ADT151 pressure module with two ranges. This allows users to quickly cover a wide pressure range.
Quick change of printing modules (30 seconds)
Additel's built-in pressure control modules can be installed or replaced in 30 seconds or less. Simply open the top of the enclosure. When the door opens, the regulator automatically releases the pressure, allowing safe removal and installation of the ADT151 modules. Additel offers five different pressure ranges for the Additel ADT793 pressure controller 1000bar. Choose between 1000 bar (15000 psi), 700 bar (10000 psi), 400 bar (6000 psi), 350 bar (5000 psi) or 200 bar (3000 psi) with different accuracies to meet application requirements.
A unique print module design with a wide range of possibilities
Designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind, Additel's 151 pressure modules can be easily interchanged when required to meet changing needs and workloads. ADT151 higher-pressure modules cover two separate pressure ranges and come with individual calibrations for each range. This allows each module to accurately cover a wide pressure range. Also, each ADT151 is available in (3) different accuracy levels (0.02% FS, 0.01% FS and 0.01% of reading to meet the demanding needs of our customers. modular configuration offers users the greatest flexibility.

Support for external tank
The Additel ADT793 pressure controller 1000bar is designed to support a contamination prevention method in which the controller draws in only clean fluid during each
pressure cycle and flush potentially contaminated fluid externally during each cycle to avoid cross-contamination between the controller and the units under test (UUTs).
Contamination prevention system (CPS) extends the maintenance of the controller
When calibrating DUTs (devices under test), contaminants often enter a calibration system. Contaminants can cause restrictions in valves, pipes and filters. Additel has provided the ADT793 with a turnkey solution to reduce these problems and improve durability and reliability when calibrating customers' devices. The use of an automatic fluid removal system and integrated firmware for flushing between pressure cycles further reduces the risk of contaminants entering the system.
