ADT835 - Precision, Speed and Flexibility in one Portable Calibration Solution
Accelerated heating and cooling for maximum efficiency
Efficient calibration requires fast temperature changes, minimum stabilisation time and sufficient bath capacity. The ADT835 excels in all these areas thanks to an advanced non-overshoot control. With an accuracy error margin of only ±0.1°C throughout the heating and cooling process, this system significantly shortens calibration cycles compared to traditional calibration baths - leading to higher throughput and productivity.
Versatile temperature sensor calibration, without compromise
In sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and food processing, specialised or hygienic sensors with large flanges or short probes are the rule rather than the exception. Traditional dry block ovens (dry wells) often fall short here. The ADT835 offers uniform and stable temperature distribution, allowing accurate calibration for sensors of various shapes and sizes.
Efficiency in batch calibration
With a bath size of 90 mm x 90 mm and a depth of 155 mm, the ADT835 is designed for batch calibration. Calibrate up to four 50 mm diameter sanitary temperature sensors or forty 6.35 mm diameter rod sensors in one cycle. This increases efficiency and minimises downtime in production environments.
Innovative Dual-Zone heating technology
Environmental influences such as voltage fluctuations, air currents or temperature variations can interfere with the performance of calibration baths. The ADT835 addresses this with a dual-zone heating system.
Optional process calibrator
For ultimate versatility, the ADT835 is available with a built-in three-channel high-precision process calibrator. This replaces multiple field instruments and combines the functions of a thermometer, multimeter, 24V power supply and HART communicator.
Channel 1: Reference input for smart PRTs or external reference thermometers
Channels 2 & 3: For DUTs such as RTDs, thermocouples, transmitters and temperature switches
Automatic self-calibration function
Traditional calibration of internal reference sensors is time-consuming. The ADT835 simplifies this process with a fully automated self-calibration programme. No more manual data entry or calculations - just accurate temperature control with minimal effort.
Smart remote control
Manage multiple calibration baths simultaneously with the ADT835's smart remote control options:
Point-to-Point Mode: control via Bluetooth or WiFi from a smartphone or PC
Cloud Mode: connect via WiFi or LAN for centralised management of multiple units
