These modular pressure regulators combine advanced control/measurement technology, modular design and user-friendly features. The Additel 783 controller series is optimised for high pressure rates without sacrificing accuracy and stability. For users requiring automated production, test and calibration, Additel has the workload covered with these pressure controllers. The Additel 783 Pressure Controllers can be quickly equipped with two control modules and a reference barometer module to cover a wide pressure range. The Additel 783 Pressure Controllers offer three basic units to choose from, from 3500 psi (250 bar) to low pressure differentials.

Quick change of printing modules (30 seconds)
Additel's 151 printing modules can be installed or replaced in 30 seconds or less. Simply open the top edge of the cabin. When the door opens, the controller automatically releases the pressure, allowing the ADT151 modules to be safely removed and installed.

Convenient automatic calibration of internal pressure module
For production line users, calibration and comparison of the pressure module with higher frequency is an important guarantee tool to improve the uncertainty of test calibration. The ADT783 can be connected to an external high-precision pressure module, which can be used to achieve regular comparison of the internal pressure control module, and can also realise the automatic calibration of the internal pressure control module.

20% pressure step within 10 seconds
In the process of efficient and fast production line testing, verification and calibration, users have strict requirements on the speed of pressure controllers. ADT783 uses professional control technology to effectively improve control speed and stability: (typical) response time ≤10 seconds, (typical) control stability ≤±(0.001~0.003)%FS, see specifications for more information.

Automatic start-stop vacuum pump, significantly extending the life of the vacuum pump
The ADT783 has a built-in positive pressure/vacuum gas source with switching components. When controlling a small pressure above the atmospheric pressure point, it is controllable and stable without connecting the vacuum pump. When controlling negative pressure or vacuum pressure, there is no need to use an external vacuum pump or protection components. A solid-state relay can be connected to the supply line of the vacuum pump to achieve fully automatic start-stop control of the vacuum pump, significantly extending the life of the vacuum pump

ADT783-D

The ADT783-D is designed for differential pressure and gauge pressure calibration up to ±2 inH2O (±5 mbar) to 36 psi (2.5 bar). Choose between one or two pressure control modules. Each module comes with dual-range calibration, increasing measurement accuracy within each module. This unit has a control stability of 0.003%FS. In addition to the two control modules, an optional barometric module can be added to allow both manometric and absolute measurements.

ADT783-1K

The ADT783-1K is designed for overpressure calibration from -14.35 (-0.99 bar) to 1000 psi (70 bar). Choose between one or two pressure control modules. Each module comes with two-range calibration, increasing measurement accuracy within each module. This unit has a control stability of 0.003%FS. In addition to the two control modules, an optional barometric module can be added to allow both manometric and absolute measurements.

ADT783-3.5K

The ADT783-3.5K is designed for overpressure calibration from -14.35 (-0.99 bar) to 3500 psi (250 bar). Choose between one or two pressure control modules. Each module comes with two-range calibration, increasing measurement accuracy within each module. This unit has a control stability of 0.003%FS. In addition to the two control modules, an optional barometric module can be added to allow both manometric and absolute measurements.
