At Additel innovation and continuous improvement are part of the corporate culture and the products we introduce. When we set out to deliver the Additel 761A Series Portable Automatic Pressure Calibrator, we knew we had to offer breakthrough improvements and additional value to the existing line of Portable Automatic Pressure Calibrators (Additel 761 Series). The ADT761A Portable Automatic Pressure Calibrator has many improvements: increased pressure range up to 70 psi (70 bar), removable internal pressure modules, optional precision models up to 0.01% FS, increased speed to pressure, ability to read two external pressure modules, touchscreen display, Wi-Fi , Bluetooth and Ethernet communication, dual battery life and more!
Every Additel 761A series model has the ability to turn your Additel 761A into a multifunction documenting process calibrator via built-in documentation and communication function. This gives you HART communication, profibus, task documentation and data logging.
ADT761A-500
The Additel 761A-500 generates and controls vacuum pressures up to 500 psig (35 bar.g). Both overpressure and absolute pressure can be achieved thanks to a built-in barometer. Each unit is supplied with a CP500 module (-12.5 to 500 psig) for the high range and the low range can be pre-configured based on the various modules available up to 10 psig (0.7 bar.g).
ADT761A-1K
The Additel 761A-1K generates and controls vacuum pressures up to 1,000 psig (70 bar.g). This unit can typically reach 1,000 psi in less than 45 seconds. Like the ADT761A-500, both manometric and absolute pressures can be achieved thanks to a built-in barometer. Each unit comes with a CP1K module (-12.5 to 1,000 psig) for the high range and the low range can be pre-configured based on the various modules available up to 30 psig (2 bar.g).
AMS-Driver
The SNAP-ON application Calibration Assistant works with documenting calibrators to manage the calibrations of HART, Foundation fieldbus, IEC-approved WirelessHART® and conventional devices. You can easily group your devices into test schedules and calibration routes for maximum efficiency.
Transfer data between your calibrator and AMS Device Manager to eliminate manual recordings and the potential for errors. By using the ADT761A Portable Automatic Pressure Calibrator, you can also automatically check As-Found/As-Left information in the AMS Device Manager database. You can access each device's calibration history and generate calibration certificates and reports if you need paper-based documentation. The Calibration Assistant SNAP-ON application gives you more accurate calibration data by reducing reporting errors and extending the time between calibrations.
