If you are honest about portable temperature calibration tools, you know that a good dry-well calibrator is more than just a stable heat source. The Additel 875 series Field Calibration Ovens combine excellent performance in terms of stability, radial and axial uniformity and loaded with speed, robustness and portability. But we don't stop there!
The Process Calibrator option adds the capabilities of a three-channel thermometer readout and a loop calibrator. We have also included a unique option to select your own temperature range within the range of the selected model. We call this the CYOR option or the Choose your own range option.
When you buy the CYOR option, you choose the required higher and lower temperature range and we calibrate and optimise the performance of the calibration furnace over your selected range. Each unit has a colour touch screen, dual-zone controls and much more. You're just going to love these new dry-block ovens!
Process calibrator option
All Additel 875 series Field Calibration Ovens are available with a process calibrator (PC) option. This process calibrator option combines the many features found in a HART documentation process calibrator combined with a dry block calibrator. This option includes the ability to connect a reference PRT and simultaneously measure two devices to be calibrated, mA, voltage, switch, RTD or thermocouple. In addition to these measurement functions, this calibrator has the ability to fully document everything , store ‘As found’ and ‘As left’ results, and HART communication. With the snapshot function, you can capture everything and information displayed on the screen at the touch of a button. This device also allows logging data from all channels. There is an automatic step function and a ramp function. By using the reference PRT, you can select to set the dry block oven using the internal sensor or the external reference PRT.
Kit for short probes
The Additel 110 series short probe calibration kit is designed to help users of our ADT875-155 (-40°C dry well) calibrate temperature sensors and transmitters with short probe lengths. This all-inclusive kit contains everything needed to perform a more accurate and reliable calibration for those tricky short probes. Choose from our metric or imperial kit to suit your needs.
