Toen we de Additel 761A-serie Draagbare Automatische druk kalibrator wilden leveren, wisten we dat we baanbrekende verbeteringen en extra waarde moesten bieden aan de bestaande lijn Draagbare Automatische druk kalibrators (Additel 761-serie). De ADT761A Draagbare Automatische druk kalibrator heeft veel verbeteringen: verhoogd drukbereik tot 70 psi (70 bar), verwijderbare interne drukmodules, optionele precisiemodellen tot 0,01% FS, verhoogde snelheid tot druk, mogelijkheid om twee externe drukmodules te lezen, touchscreen-weergave, Wi-Fi , Bluetooth en Ethernet-communicatie, dubbele levensduur van de batterij en meer!

Ieder model van de Additel 761A series heeft de mogelijkheid om via ingebouwde documentatie- en communicatiefunctie van uw Additel 761A een multifunction documenting process calibrator te maken. Deze geeft u HART-communicatie, profibus, taak documentatie en data logging.

ADT761A-500
De Additel 761A-500 genereert en regelt vacuümdrukken tot 500 psig (35 bar.g). Zowel overdruk als absolute druk kunnen worden gerealiseerd dankzij een ingebouwde barometer. Elke eenheid wordt geleverd met een CP500-module (-12.5 tot 500 psig) voor het hoge bereik en het lage bereik kan vooraf worden geconfigureerd op basis van de verschillende beschikbare modules tot 10 psig (0.7 bar.g).

ADT761A-1K
De Additel 761A-1K genereert en regelt vacuümdrukken tot 1.000 psig (70 bar.g). Deze eenheid kan doorgaans 1000 psi bereiken in minder dan 45 seconden. Net als de ADT761A-500 kunnen zowel manometrische als absolute drukken worden gerealiseerd dankzij een ingebouwde barometer. Elke eenheid wordt geleverd met een CP1K-module (-12,5 tot 1.000 psig) voor het hoge bereik en het lage bereik kan vooraf worden geconfigureerd op basis van de verschillende beschikbare modules tot 30 psig (2 bar.g).

AMS-Driver

De SNAP-ON-toepassing Calibration Assistant werkt samen met documenterende kalibrators om de kalibraties van HART-, Foundation-veldbus-, IEC-goedgekeurde WirelessHART®- en conventionele apparaten te beheren. U kunt uw apparaten eenvoudig groeperen in testschema’s en kalibratieroutes voor maximale efficiëntie.

Breng gegevens over tussen uw kalibrator en AMS Device Manager om handmatige registraties en de kans op fouten te elimineren. Door de ADT761A Draagbare Automatische druk kalibrator te gebruiken, kunt u ook automatisch As-Found/As-Left informatie controleren in de AMS Device Manager database. U hebt toegang tot de kalibratiegeschiedenis van elk apparaat en kunt kalibratiecertificaten en rapporten genereren als u documentatie op papier nodig hebt. De applicatie Calibration Assistant SNAP-ON geeft je nauwkeurigere kalibratiegegevens door rapportagefouten te verminderen en de tijd tussen kalibraties te verlengen.
