Le moyen le plus simple et le plus rapide de calibrer n'importe quel type de machine \u00e0 souder. Il suffit de le connecter aux bornes de sortie de votre machine et de le tester !<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sistances de charge multiples sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans un bo\u00eetier robuste en aluminium. Les r\u00e9sistances sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide de commutateurs situ\u00e9s sur le panneau avant. Chacun des commutateurs principaux peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendamment et un commutateur de r\u00e9glage fin \u00e0 6 niveaux permet des r\u00e9glages de charge plus pr\u00e9cis. Le r\u00e9sultat est une centaine de valeurs de charge diff\u00e9rentes qui permettent de tester toutes les sources d'\u00e9nergie MIG\/MAG, TIG et MMA (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW) jusqu'\u00e0 800 ou 1000A.<\/p>\n

Les tableaux de bord Calibrator Pro utilisent l'\u00e9lectronique la plus pr\u00e9cise et la plus stable qui soit, et leur pr\u00e9cision d\u00e9passe les exigences les plus strictes de la norme IEC60974-14. Cela permet un \u00e9talonnage et des tests de pr\u00e9cision l\u00e0 o\u00f9 c'est n\u00e9cessaire. Ils conviennent aux industries les plus exigeantes telles que le nucl\u00e9aire, l'a\u00e9rospatiale, les laboratoires gouvernementaux, etc.<\/p>\n

Cette large gamme de r\u00e9sistance de charge permet de tester tous les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de soudage selon la formule de la relation volt\/amp. Par exemple, avec le MIG\/MAG \u00e0 500A, vous pouvez atteindre 39V, avec le TIG 30V, avec le SUB ARC 40V, etc. Chaque r\u00e9glage de charge est marqu\u00e9 avec le courant nominal approximatif, mais ils r\u00e9sistent tous \u00e0 des surcharges \u00e9lev\u00e9es, comme cela arrive souvent lors des tests de mat\u00e9riel de soudage. Les r\u00e9sistances de charge commencent \u00e0 5\u03a9 et \u00e0 toutes les charges, la r\u00e9sistance d'appel est de 0,043\u03a9 pour le mod\u00e8le 800 et de 0,033\u03a9 pour le mod\u00e8le 1000A.<\/p>\n

Les mod\u00e8les Calibrator Pro utilisent le refroidissement par effet de pile pour attirer l'air froid par le bas et comprimer l'air chaud par le haut. Cela permet un refroidissement exceptionnel des r\u00e9sistances de charge, permettant une puissance de charge maximale de plus de 35 kW (mod\u00e8le 800) (50 kW mod\u00e8le 1000).<\/p>\n
