The Graphtec GL840 data logger is a standalone multichannel data logger with isolated universal inputs. In addition to numerous measurements, the GL840 also offers many communication options and advanced features, making it an incredibly versatile data collection tool for a wide range of applications.<\/p>\n

The GL840 has 20 analogue input channels, isolated so that wiring errors or overloaded channels do not affect neighbouring channels. The system can be easily expanded to up to 200 channels by adding the optional B-566 terminal base unit and input terminals (B-564 or B-565). Input terminals can be connected directly via daisy chain or by cable. This allows input terminals to be placed in different locations, depending on application requirements.<\/p>\n

The GL840 has two SD card slots that support up to 32 GB of memory and can store more than a year's worth of data, depending on the sampling rate. A 7-inch full-colour TFT display allows the user to view data in waveform or digital form while displaying parameter settings.<\/p>\n

The Graphtec GL840 includes a number of communication functions that allow integration with other devices and easy file sharing. A wireless LAN module (B-568) can be added to connect the GL840 to Graphtec GL100-WL modules. This extends the measurement variety of the GL840 to include sensors available for the GL100-WL that transmit data directly to the GL840. The GL840 can also be connected to a LAN via a WLAN access point. Measured data can then be monitored via a PC or smart device using the application software. Graphtec GL series are robust data loggers and suitable for voltage, current and temperature sensors. The clear display shows measured values digitally or in graph form. The maximum measurement rate is 10 times per second (per channel) for 10 inputs.
